ORECCHIETTE WITH WILD GARLIC

25 minutes Serves 4

INGREDIENTS 

320g orecchiette 

2 tbsp wild garlic pesto

50g chorizo, diced

1 lemon, zested

handful of wild garlic flowers

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, or until al dente.

  2. Meanwhile fry the chorizo in a pan until crisp.

  3. Drain the pasta, reserving a cup. Combine the pesto with pasta adding enough reserved water to coat the pasta. 

  4. To serve divide the pasta in to bowls And top with chorizo, lemon zest and wild garlic flowers.

TIP: Wild Garlic Pesto can be substituted for the pesto of your choice.
