PICKLED SPRUCE TIPS
300g young spruce tips, washed and dried
250ml apple cider vinegar
Add the water, vinegar and salt in a pan, gently heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Add the spruce tips to a sterilised jar and top with the hot pickling liqueur and seal. Store in a cool and dark place, these can be used immediately and will keep for up to 1 year.
